- EEEmJul 28, 20261.0If for whatever reason your package "can't" be delivered GOOD LUCK. This isn't a one time "I got mad" rant. This has happened multiple times. "Your package couldn't be delivered!" I can't drive. So I gotta call and find out what's up.... Two days now. At this point it's not laziness stopping her from answering, it's pure spite. I have kept their phones ringing for two days straight now (found out my podcasts will keep going) I wouldn't normally do this, but if you expect this place to answer the phones you better grab a survival kit cuz you're about to live by your phone. Last time this happened i spent three days calling only to hear there really wasn't anything wrong and she drove my package to me. Great. Glad we could spend DAYS on something that took no time caused by no issues. My package got stolen and tbh I'm just not gonna bother with that one. For real. Idk how post offices work... But fire whoever tends to it. I've dealt with this so many times 😭 PLEASE don't make me walk an hour and a half for a temu package!!!!!! THIS TOWN HAS LIKE 5K PEOPLE. I KNOW that office is empty. PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONES JUST ONCE 😭😭😭 Edit: I exhausted her so much she closed the place at 3 today! The phone started saying they were closed AT 3. I am calling the USPS and letting them know this post office is absolutely failing and closing an hour before they are supposed to!
- ZSzander StevensJul 12, 20241.0If you are moving to cave city KY and need a PO Box do not go to cave city. They lost alot of my mom's things and some of mine. And there only response is sorry. So if you want your mail get a glasgow PO Box. Also if you ask for a key for a mail Box at your location they'll give you the key but will nor change the lock. My mom waiting a month or 2 and in that box was all the stuff she ordered beforehand.
