- NNnuter20073 days ago1.0Negative 5 stars > Twice now my package has gone "Out for Delivery" from this office — October 1 and again October 3 — and both times it was scanned back at the Tollesboro facility the same morning without ever being delivered. And every time it gets sent back there, it has to travel back through Charleston, WV and Huntington, WV just to return to my local Catlettsburg office, adding days each time. The delivery date keeps moving, and USPS's own complaint form won't take a report because of it. Still no package, no explanation.
