- JDJoyce DunningDec 17, 20241.0Well it sucks. I have used the over Nighy service twice. Both times it was 4 days late. Went to get my money back only one person was working the window. She said it could be an hour or 2 the lobby was full. Only one clerk was there. At Christmas time. The service and the people there are so rude. Will drive to Murray or Hopkinsville from now on to do my mailing.

She went out of her way to help fabricate a box that would fit and the shipping price was comparable to the flat rate price I wanted to pay. As far as government organizations go, this one goes against the grain and has great customer service.
