- TDtrena davisAug 15, 20261.0Burnside is the worst for aervice and delivery.. they want hold your mail even after to fille paper work to do so.. and dont try to establish and address they are no help what so ever... you do all the leg work and take it to the and they stand at the desk oblivious to helping solve any mailing issues that concerns mail delivery or establish a address or placement of a mail receptacle to recieve mail.. very disappointment with their services...
- BNBetty NiemannMar 2, 20231.0Had to call the Burnside post office This is the worst delivery person we have had in the 13 years I lived her. Don't get a lot of my mail, an some of it was impartment papers, so I had to call the company to let them know I never got them, was told they mail them out 3 weeks ago. Don't get all my magazines or my Kroger's coupons. Karen an Keven were the best. Especially Keven, sometimes when there was a package he would bring it to the back door to make sure it didn't get stolen. Please get some decent help or bring back Keven (which that won't happen) Good help is hard to fine anymore .

They have broken mailbox flags. I've seen them take out going mail and just toss it to the back of the car. There also have been times like today, they don't take out going mail😡😡😡. Total incompetence!
