- JDJim DruryJun 27, 20221.0Dear USPS, Amazon says my package is not deliverable per USPS. Your system says the package is on it was from Nashville. Knowing how automated Amazon is, I believe Amazon. If I can't reach someone in Brownsville to confirm if my package is in fact sitting in Brownsville facility, which I suspect it is, but have to drive 1.5 hours to get there. Moving forward I will request my package not to be shipping via USPS, but rather chose your competition. Your competition is probably hiring. I expect my package is sitting in Brownsville and I have no notification of such. Your automated system sucks. I am sure when I get my call back it an hour it will be someone that reads straight from the package tracking screen. This is frustrating and your tracking is not accurate. See other obvious complaints here! We simply want to reach someone in Brownsville. I recall when I registered my address with the Brownsville office, the employees were talking about a package that has been therefore for over a month and no one has come in to claim it. Followed up by, it is common issue. Ding Ding Ding! Alarms, Bells, Whistles.....Houston we might have a problem!
