- BHBrian Holder6 days ago5.0The staff here are exceptional and truly care. I recently had a parcel being shipped to Brodhead that experienced label damage en-route. After I noticed the parcel stalled out at a distribution center for several days, I called the Brodhead post office and an exceptional employee named Jenette took my call and looked into the matter. She was able to help resolve the issue quickly and get my package moving again. Not only did she initially help, she followed up my parcel and alerted me to another potential issue it could incur, allowing me to mitigate the potential issue before it happened. Great work and the definition of 5 stars!
