- JRJessica Welsh - RichmondSep 20, 20262.0Very disappointed. Will NOT deliver our mail or packages and have been told about 7 different things as to why they are too lazy to deliver our mail at our home until a key is supposedly made for the back of the community box. We have keys to the front of it. Why does USPS not have keys to the back of it? It would literally be 1 minute of time to offer good customer service and set our mail on the porch. You can take the time to mark it pink to return it back to the post office, but not deliver it while you’re out here? Procedure or not, this is stupid, and USPS wonders why they are going broke. So, with gas being $4.19 a gallon, we have to drive completely across town to pick up our mail. No one wants to spend their entire lunch waiting in line a few times a week. I will say that Kelvin is a sweetheart and really tries to provide great customer service.

- CCConnorAug 17, 20261.0We have been given the runaround for keys to our apartment box for over a month and even though there is a specific form to waive the fee for key replacement after 30 days the gentleman at this location refuses to provide it. If you are unwilling to provide proper information to your clients then you need to provide keys to the management company to be given at rental and lease signing. Period. I have spent 50$ in gas driving to these different locations at this point over the last 3 weeks and now I'm told I need to pay 30$ due to THEIR INCOMPETENCE?! Insanity. Do your job correctly or find another position quite frankly.
