  I spent a total 15 minutes in line to buy a $8 item. The staff was more focused on processing Amazon returns than helping paying customers. At one point, there were four associates working returns and no one checking out customers. One associate stopped helping with returns, checked out the person in line right in front of me, and then walked away. I stood there for a two more minutes without being even acknowledged and then I left.

  well it is a very comfortable atmosphere at the one in Bowling green .. I like to order all my different types of cards there. The cashier is not a "better than thou" type person he is actually willing to be frieindly , that is hard to find in this country anymore . so if they would have had a coffee bar there i would have bought him one ok enough said , maybe i write jingle and put on youtube .

  I highly recommend finding a different printing service if you rely on your items for products or business... This store doesn't keep track of their inventory, so when you place an order online and they promise it'll be ready in 24hrs, it won't be. My order sat "in progress" for 2 days. Each time I called I sat on hold for 10 minutes before having to hang up... When I went in- person to ask about my order, I was met with indifference and first told the labels aren't carried in-store... Mind you my order was a REORDER from a few weeks ago... At that point I was then told they're just out of stock and my order can be fulfilled somewhere else but it'll take at least 3 more days to come in. Instead of someone calling me 3 days ago and telling me they're out of stock, they just left my order pending... So now that I'm reaching my deadline, I have to find another print service and hope I can get what I need in time. It would have taken less than 2 minutes to give me a call and a heads up... But considering the attitude I worked with, it was too much trouble and they couldn't be bothered to be even moderately helpful.
