  I absolutely dread coming to staples because no one knows how to handle customer service. If it wasn't for Cameron I would have given 1 star. Everytime I go in there a 1 person handling everyone and all the other workers on the floor acting like they have to put up shelves. I had a balloon order the other day picked up and the balloons were absolutely awful and thank goodness Cameron was there. He fixed what i needed and was on my way. I'm new to Bowling Green ky, and already know if you need something done at staples ask for Cameron!

  I was told I was getting a 4-inch stamp. I even asked two or three times because she seemed unsure: “Are you sure this is a 4-inch stamp?” I got home and, sure enough, the ink pad is 4 inches—but the actual stamp is only 2¼ inches. 🤦‍♀️ To make matters worse, the impression is so faint that it’s barely readable. A complete waste of $82. I won’t be returning to Staples, and I would not recommend buying custom stamps there.

  Slow poor service. Did not pay attention to my order and forgot to copy the back pages so I was missing 93 pages. Extra charge for whole punches with a device that ruined my pages. Uneven and broken wholes. Horrible experience and very very expensive! Do not recommend Staples!
