This includes packages being opened and items, such as gifts and gift cards from birthday cards, being removed. This persistent issue is deeply concerning and unacceptable. We intend to formally report these incidents and pursue all necessary actions to resolve this matter. We urge management and supervisory personnel to initiate a thorough investigation into these occurrences within their workforce.

And spoke with a rude almost prejudice tone. Beware or at least try to be waited on by perhaps the nice man instead.
