Their system goes down and nobody does anything to actually fix the problem. Just told there’s nothing else they can do and they can’t even mail a receipt? Ridiculous

They routinely do such a poor job it seems intentional to push people to buy a P.O. Box to circumvent the nightmare that is relying on them to do their job. Undeserving of one star, oh how this country has fallen.
