- BBB BbbJul 10, 20261.00 star As a professional truck driver, I expect to be treated with the same level of respect and professionalism that I show when making deliveries. Unfortunately, my experience at this USPS facility in Wichita was disappointing. The employee supervising the receiving dock, a heavyset white or Armenian gentleman, was discourteous and unprofessional throughout the unloading process. Although I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, I was left waiting because he did not come to the receiving cage promptly. Despite this delay on the facility’s side, I was later told that I would be considered late. Drivers were also instructed to wait by the restroom during unloading, which is not an appropriate or professional waiting area. The employee’s communication and attitude created an environment where I felt I was being treated unfairly. I encourage USPS management to review how receiving staff interact with commercial drivers. Truck drivers are essential to keeping the mail and supply chain moving, and they deserve to be treated with courtesy, fairness, and professionalism. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the experience for future drivers. Until then, I will avoid accepting loads to this Wichita USPS facility whenever possible.
