- TTTess3 days ago1.0I have dropped off direct mail at several USPS locations, and this is the only one where I consistently have problems. Every time I deal with the employee I believe is named Willie Mae, there seems to be a new issue. This visit took much longer than it should have. She insisted that I write out every quantity instead of using “varies” on the paperwork, even though there wasn’t enough room in the designated box, forcing me to write everything on the back of the form. Every other USPS location I’ve used has accepted “varies” without any problems. She also told me my bundle slips were not up to code because they were too thin. She then disappeared into the back for several minutes, only to return and continue processing my mail without explaining anything. In the end, what I had brought was, in fact, acceptable. When I asked a question, I felt dismissed. She gave me a rude look, stopped helping me, and called another customer instead of answering. This wasn’t the first time I’ve had an experience like this with her. Every visit feels overly critical, unnecessarily time-consuming, and inconsistent with the service I receive at other USPS locations. I understand that USPS employees have procedures they must follow, but consistency, professionalism, and respectful communication are important. I hope this location can improve the customer experience so routine mail drop-offs don’t become unnecessarily stressful.

- TLTawney LynnJun 6, 20261.0Absolutely rude staff. Maria and Williamae. No “good morning” to anybody who walked in. Just frowns and attitude. I happily and excitedly went to send my wedding invitations and was treated so poorly. Any question I asked, was answered rudely, sarcastically, and as if I should be an expert in postal service. Williamae interrupted my question and was dismissive. Please work on being informative and helpful rather than mean and disgusting!!
