  I recently went in to mail off my rent. The lady working register was very rude. Told me the envelope wasn't a good envelope to use. I have used the exact kind for years & never had any trouble. So she tape the clear part. She told me I could buy a envelope. I told her I would use the that's already stamped & address correctly, & I didn't have any money She said someone might take or do something to it since it's a money order. Who would take it?? A postal worker?? A federal worker?? I took pictures of the envelope & the stamped she put on it. Now my rental office hadn't received my mail yet. I don't know what games are being played but our interaction was weird & she was to. As if it bothered her, & she wanted to be right. I don't want My mail lost or mysterious stolen. When it's never happen. By the way, It only takes a Day in town.. If they don't get it by Monday I'm reporting & contacting the post office & money order company.

  I paid for a package that was mailed on 7/24/26 and was supposed to scheduled and delivered by 7/27/26. Now, when I got to the same destination on 7/28/26- the package never arrived. Now imagine the more running around to make up for this inconvenience and added stress. It was clothes for my mother's wake and funeral that I needed for her but the post office just proved at how unreliable they are at delivering. I'll be following up with my own experience on the USPS website. Thanks for nothing.

  I will give zero stars if i possible it's AWFUL I waited forever in line, I have a return that says no package or label needed, I had my package it just needed a tape, they couldn't use the tape that's sitting on by the cashier, she said either to purchase it or she has to charge me for using 4 inches scotch tape!!!! i asked for the manager who was more rediculous I am not going there at all anymore they're the worst i wasted 30-40 minutes of my time there for absolutely nothing what a waste of time!!!!!!!!

  I have dropped off direct mail at several USPS locations, and this is the only one where I consistently have problems. Every time I deal with the employee I believe is named Willie Mae, there seems to be a new issue. This visit took much longer than it should have. She insisted that I write out every quantity instead of using “varies” on the paperwork, even though there wasn’t enough room in the designated box, forcing me to write everything on the back of the form. Every other USPS location I’ve used has accepted “varies” without any problems. She also told me my bundle slips were not up to code because they were too thin. She then disappeared into the back for several minutes, only to return and continue processing my mail without explaining anything. In the end, what I had brought was, in fact, acceptable. When I asked a question, I felt dismissed. She gave me a rude look, stopped helping me, and called another customer instead of answering. This wasn’t the first time I’ve had an experience like this with her. Every visit feels overly critical, unnecessarily time-consuming, and inconsistent with the service I receive at other USPS locations. I understand that USPS employees have procedures they must follow, but consistency, professionalism, and respectful communication are important. I hope this location can improve the customer experience so routine mail drop-offs don’t become unnecessarily stressful.
