- JRJ. Rovey4 days ago1.0Not helpful at all! I had all the documents needed for the passport and was told to gather more. I asked why the ones I had were not correct and explained that they were the approved ones on the gov website. The manager, who was very rude, told me that the website was incorrect and literally walked away! This is the reason government trust is so low. No one willing to help, or solve the problem. We are just a number to them. Don’t go to this one!
- CRCristin Rovey4 days ago1.0Do not waste your time for passport services here. I needed to renew my passport expired less than a year and update my last name. Long story short I was told I didn’t have the right documents with me. I showed them on the paper itself that said I had more than what was required and a “manager” came out and yelled at me. I’m not one to waste my time with toxic attitudes so I left and went to a different location (WSU). At WSU I learned this location had told me to fill out the wrong form and I did in fact have everything I needed to renew. I’m grateful for the rude women working here, because of her I didn’t waste my time and money trusting them to properly process my passport.
- RRRene RodriguezJun 16, 20261.0The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude to me for what seemed like no reason at all. Talked to me like she was angry at me for making her do her job. I was asking what I needed to do to change my address and she gave me the most condescending answer. Almost like she expected me to know exactly what I needed or that I should’ve had the form in my back pocket ready to go. After filling out the form she was then rude again when asking for my ID. No politeness at all.
