  I have been a loyal customer of this location for more than 10 years, but after my recent experiences with both the staff and store management, I will not be returning. Last Friday at approximately 6:30 PM, I was finishing an urgent print order when a staff member abruptly began shouting at me, telling me to pack up my belongings and leave. I calmly explained that I was almost finished, but instead of handling the situation professionally, she placed her manager, Janice, on speakerphone. Janice also began yelling at me and demanding that I leave. I gathered my belongings and left the store feeling embarrassed, humiliated, and completely disrespected. I later contacted the store manager, Alex, who told me that he would investigate the incident. I returned to the store today to print documents and politely asked Alex if there had been any update regarding my complaint. Rather than addressing my concerns, acknowledging what happened, or showing even basic empathy, Alex refused to provide me with any information and ordered me to leave the store immediately. I was calm and respectful and had returned as a paying customer to conduct business. I was not causing a disturbance or behaving inappropriately, yet I was treated as though I had done something wrong simply for asking about a complaint that management had previously told me would be investigated. Alex then provided me with a 1-800 number that offered no meaningful assistance or resolution. After more than a decade of patronizing this location, I find this treatment completely unacceptable. What is most disappointing is not simply the original incident, but the way management chose to handle my concerns afterward. A longtime customer should not be yelled at, humiliated, dismissed, and then ordered to leave for respectfully requesting an update about a legitimate complaint. This location appears to have a serious problem with customer service, professionalism, accountability, and basic human empathy. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location to others and would strongly encourage customers to consider taking their business elsewhere.
