- MMMichaelMay 28, 20262.0Fed Ex is my go to for sending really large boxes. However, they have up charged me multiple times. They accept the package and don’t say anything. Then a week or two later, I will get a message saying Fed Ex charged me an extra $10-$30. They won’t tell me the reason or provide any proof. They said I could appeal, but when I did, I was ignored. I never heard anything back. I know it does not have to do with weight or measurements, as they include the measurements of the package when they send me the receipt for additional add-on charges. I also send out thousands of packages with USPS and UPS and I never have any issues.
