- SBScott BrownApr 17, 20261.0One star is giving too much. Sent a package to my daughter in Houston. She received the package with the contents missing. I sent it via USPS. I have been attempting to do what I need to do online and I cannot go no further because the tracking number is close to the 30 window I guess or whatever they do so it doesn't work to complete the process online. It states on the USPS website you can go into a local branch here in Topeka. I went back to the location off Lymon rd and Topeka Blvd where I initially dropped the package to be mailed to her in Houston to hopefully remedy the matter. They couldn't do anything they said and I needed to go online. Oh but they did give me a local Topeka number to the 1410 NW Gage branch for the manager. They don't answer their phone there I guess. I am a Veteran and it pains me to say this...I guess this is the typical kind of federal government services we get for how much we pay in Taxes and the thanks for what my family and I gave/sacrificed for my country. Take that ignorant Hollywood NASA funding they get for doing what they claim to do and give it to the postal system...where it matters.

Came in to da a passport and they could have just politely said "hey this is what you need to do or every one needs to be here in person" or perhaps an" I'm sorry"😡😡😡😡 you all are rude there was one nice lady!
