  Tracking numbers never work around here. Always did in Nebraska. But this state is "special" is a polite way to say it

  I'd give 0 stars if I could. This store has signs on the door that say "Open 7 days a week." And have hours listed for Sunday on the front door, yet they are actually closed on Sunday. Why post incorrect, misleading hours at your store?

  Ashley was super helpful! I had a lot of smaller returns and she was both patient and helped explain how to use the self-serve kiosk in the future for similar returns. She made the process incredibly simple and painless. 13/10 for service from her!

  Came in Wednesday 4:00 pm to print 8 US Letter pages and 2 11x17 pages. Dathan started to print for me but went to help other people for 20-25 minutes. Finally he got to me and we finished printing. He apologized for the delay.
