- HGHelen GeorgeJun 16, 20261.0I am very disappointed with the mail delivery service. This is the second time the mail carrier has claimed that no one was home for a required signature delivery, which is simply not true. Instead of attempting delivery, he left a notice in the mailbox. What makes this even more concerning is that we have security cameras at the front of our house facing both the front door and the mailbox. The video clearly shows that the mail carrier never came to the door or attempted to obtain a signature before leaving the notice. Additionally, another envelope that required a signature was simply placed in the mailbox without any signature being collected. This is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. Important mail should be handled according to postal procedures, and customers should be able to trust that delivery attempts are being made honestly and correctly. I expect better service and accountability from the postal carrier
- CLCarrie LantzMay 22, 20261.0I would give this post office a zero star if I could. There are some employees that are extremely RUDE. The lady in there today acted as if we were inconveniencing her. She made us rip the stickers off of the box then when we came back up to get help she just gave us a dirty look and rolled her eyes at my teenager. I thought the other guy was rude but sheeeeshhhh, she took the cake on this one!

- AEAshley EnslingerApr 10, 20261.0Always holding our mail due to cars being too close to mail box even tho we have no control over street parking on a public street. Also, today delivered an empty package… was cut open and items removed and placed in mailbox. Son was watching for delivery to find it was an empty envelope and cards had been stolen. We live in a neighborhood consisting of 35 homes maybe and no thru street so not a street for people to be passing thru and taking mail out and cutting them replacing.
