- IHIan HrabeAug 17, 20261.0I will actively go out of my way to avoid this post office, but it's nearby and sometimes I just need to drop off a letter or package and 50% of the time the drive up mailbox is full with letters sticking out of it (which, that's an unhinged thing to do buy why does this happen so often) or you'll go in to put a package in the roller thing and it too is full. Why is that not the first thing you're doing in the morning? Feels like that should be higher priority. The takeaway though is that while this does happen at other post offices from time to time, it happens at this one more often than not.

It’s insane the difference for the same service. Maybe UPS isn’t internationally friendly. This store is close to my work place and such a good convenience.

This is the second time the mail carrier has claimed that no one was home for a required signature delivery, which is simply not true. Instead of attempting delivery, he left a notice in the mailbox. What makes this even more concerning is that we have security cameras at the front of our house facing both the front door and the mailbox. The video clearly shows that the mail carrier never came to the door or attempted to obtain a signature before leaving the notice. Additionally, another envelope that required a signature was simply placed in the mailbox without any signature being collected. This is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. Important mail should be handled according to postal procedures, and customers should be able to trust that delivery attempts are being made honestly and correctly. I expect better service and accountability from the postal carrier
- CLCarrie LantzMay 22, 20261.0I would give this post office a zero star if I could. There are some employees that are extremely RUDE. The lady in there today acted as if we were inconveniencing her. She made us rip the stickers off of the box then when we came back up to get help she just gave us a dirty look and rolled her eyes at my teenager. I thought the other guy was rude but sheeeeshhhh, she took the cake on this one!
