  I have been using The UPS Store for decades, but this particular location has been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've had. The store itself often appears unkempt, and the customer service has consistently been poor. The employees frequently seem uninterested in helping customers, and on several occasions have been wearing AirPods while assisting people, giving the impression that customers are an interruption rather than the reason they're there. One of my biggest frustrations is when I pick up printed materials. They are simply handed to me loose—without a box, envelope, folder, or even a bag. As a result, the papers blow around in the wind on the way to my car, can get wet if it's raining, and slide all over the vehicle on the drive back to the office. It seems like such a simple customer service issue that could easily be addressed. On top of that, service is often slow, and I've experienced multiple mistakes with print orders. Unfortunately, this location has me seriously considering taking my business to FedEx Office instead. Based on my experiences, I cannot recommend this store.
