Today I was in this office, I wanted to send a package and make it easier through the machine, I asked the person for information how I can do it, was my first time used that, and that man who was working (27/04/2020) at 11 am, was super rude, no services, no answer questions, totally ignored by this human being. I care about the elderly when they ask questions, is this son of his mother acting the same with them? Come on... so I am here at home looking away from how I don’t need to deal with terrible services like this. It is understandable why this place has so bad reviews.
