- JGJoel GoedkenJun 10, 20265.0I recently had my first experience with the Pittsburg Post Office, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service I received. Robert, the Postmaster, went above and beyond to help me figure out why I wasn't receiving mail at my home. Rather than giving a quick answer or passing the issue along, he took the time to investigate the situation thoroughly. Not only did he identify the problem, but he also located the mail that had been set aside and made sure I received it. In today's world, it's rare to find someone willing to invest that kind of time and effort to help a customer. His professionalism, dedication, and commitment to service were truly exceptional. When I arrived at the post office, Tina was equally impressive. She was kind, courteous, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Her positive attitude and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience even better. Customer service often feels like a lost art, but Robert and Tina proved that it is still alive and well at the Pittsburg Post Office. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and sincere care for their customers deserve recognition. Thank you both for turning what could have been a frustrating situation into an outstanding experience.

When i google my local post office it should give me my local post office phone number not a 1 800 number i wasted 40 minutes on hold just to reach the wrong establishment thats not right fix it do better!!
