  Package supposedly on truck at 8:26 with Jadin. Supposed to arrive on the 24th. A Budget truck pulled in, fedex person got out, opened the back, went in, came out and got back in and left, did not leave package. Still in tracking program with no updates. I really need my package. Sad that my local delivery place removed their local number. We have no recourse

  FedEx is a joke. You have no way of contacting the facility they just direct you to someone who barely speaks English. They have shown my packages out for delivery the last 3 days and still nothing. I will use any other shipping company in the further when ordering items even if it cost more. There is no accountability.

  I have called and called and it keeps saying for 4 days now that my package my first package has been on a truck with Jonathan since Friday and now it's Monday still not here a second package was supposed to be on the same truck with Jonathan and it is still not here. This is not acceptable. Maybe we need to report some fraud going on. The app nor the web page updates and no one calls back to investigate where my package is. Here we go again 3/6/26 my package has been out for delivery was supose to me delivered between 11 and 3.10 pm map tracking shows the ups truck on I 49 moving away from my town at 4.14 pm. I wnat my package. It was an expensive item. I will document if my item is stolen.

  I was home all day and didn't receive my package that I paid extra for 2 day shipping. Tracking details said driver attempted to deliver. The driver completely straight out lied. I was home the whole day working in my shop in the driveway. Now I get to wait an additional 3 days for FedEx to retry delivery. Thank you Pittsburg Kansas.. This doesn't happen with UPS!
