- TKTony KaysMay 9, 20263.0It's OK. Lot could use some maintenance, interior shows some age. Under stocked on some retail items, etc. Staff seemed competent. When sent to check on held mail, inquired if anyone else in the line had held mail so they could limit trips in to the back to speed up the line. Busy. Has 3-4 stations, but usually only staffed for 1-2. Would be nice if staffed where another staff member could assist when the line gets longer. Presents as an self perpetuating agency short on budget. Image/service suffer due to budget, so revenue suffers. Has extended Sat hours which is nice.

Incompetent, uncaring, lazy, rude employees who don’t give one whit that there’s 20 people in line and just one - ONE - clerk. And that’s not just today. It’s EVERY time I come into this place. It’s a perfect example of government waste. Shut this thing down, fire all the worthless employees (which is most) and privatize it.
