Charged me for a new set of keys as a new tenant even though the website says it’s free for new tenants. Manager said she’d call me to resolve the issue and she hasn’t. This place stole my money and I will be trying to get it back in any legal fashion. Per the USPS website: Cluster Box Keys Privately Owned Cluster Box If the mailbox is for a house, condo, apartment or other physical residence, customers make arrangements to pick up the mailbox key(s) from the owner, manager or prior resident when they move in. The builder or property owner is responsible for providing lock and key service for privately owned cluster boxes. Carriers are prohibited from accepting keys for locks on private mail receptacles, buildings, or offices, Exceptions can only be authorized by local management. The builder or property owner is responsible for providing lock and key service for privately owned CBUs. USPS-owned Cluster Box The Postal Service is responsible for providing every customer a compartment lock and three (3) keys to his or her postal-owned Cluster Box Unit (CBU). No key deposits are required and customers may duplicate their keys at no expense to the Postal Service. The Postal Service keeps no duplicate keys and if the customer loses all the keys, the Postal Service will have to install a new lock and issue a new set of keys at the customer's expense. Customers should return all compartment keys to the Post Office when they move from their residence. When a customer moves, the Post Office will change the lock before reissuing the compartment. The new customer is not charged for the first lock and keys even though the Postal Service replaced it.

Worst post office ever with the dumbest carriers. We have a community mail box and he keeps putting packages in that are too big, not allowing me to open it. And no one ever answers the phone. The carrier supervisor must never be around or not exist as I can never get a hold of him to have the carrier come back and get them out. I hate that this is my post office!!!

I rarely use the counter, but I've been forced to more and more because the self-service kiosk is always not available or broken.

Natasha was so nice and helpful with making sure my passport renewal application was correctly filled out and processed!
