- MHMs. HicksJun 9, 20265.0I had a wonderful experience with Rebecca at the Indian Creek Post Office on 107th Street in Overland Park, Kansas. I came in to mail some packages and honestly had no idea what I was doing when it came to getting everything taped up and ready to ship. Rebecca was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. While we were chatting, I mentioned that one of the packages contained glasses for my daughter. Rebecca went above and beyond by sharing a list of companies where she had purchased some really nice designer-style glasses. I thought that was such a thoughtful and helpful gesture. Rebecca was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly takes pride in her work. She made what could have been a stressful experience quick and easy. Excellent customer service like hers deserves recognition. Thank you, Rebecca, for your outstanding help!

- WFWilkie_G FergusonApr 15, 20262.0Most of the ladies there are nice. Rebecca is the worst. I would give this branch a much better review if she wasn’t there. With my bad luck I usually end up having to deal with her. She has horrible customer service skills and an unpleasant disposition.
