  I used this UPS store for the first time and I was amazed at how efficient, friendly and caring the staff was with me. Rob, Jake and Shawn are the employees that I worked with and they were all fantastic! Thank you so much. I never thought I would be writing a positive review for a UPS store but you all deserve it.

  The UPS Store at 151st & Metcalf in Overland Park, Kansas is an outstanding store to handle your package mailings. After several mailing disasters to my family members with USPS, I now only take my packages to the USPS Store to this location. Their staff is awesome!

  wanted to write a message to the UPS store located at 151st and Metcalf. My daughter and I went to this location today to ship luggage. We were given such outstanding customer service from Jimmy K. He spent extra time helping us with these awkward items. He was incredibly patient throughout the whole process. It was a difficult Ebay shipping nightmare and his kindness and support made all the difference. Thank you Jimmy! Debbie M

  The owner of this store is very rude and inconsiderate. I would never come back to this store ever!
