- MLMason Laney3 days ago1.0NEVER PRINT ANYTHING HERE. We tried to print some photos here and submitted the order a week ago. They were very rude when we called to check on the status of the order a few days ago, and they took way longer than expected to print out. When we picked them up earlier today, the guy working seemed like picking up the order was literally the most inconvenient thing that had ever happened to him. Slow and rude is not a great combo. I can be understanding for one or the other, but not both.

Half having a conversation with him, half with me. Then not leaving me with any options for my printed banner. It was due for pickup yesterday, and today she pulled it up saying they never processed it and she couldn’t promise it would get done. As someone who has been customer facing for 20 years, the way I was spoken to today was not acceptable.

Had a print job and after returning hours later, she remembered me, my documents, and was able to help me within minutesnto correct my situation. Her quick help and kindness alleviated so much stress from my shoulders (the documents were important). I hope management/corporate see this as well as Diane. Thank you so much for your help!
- JSJoseph StutsmanMay 2, 20261.0Blood all over bathroom, no toilet paper or soap, employees in several isles blocking path loudly yelling to/ at each other, carts left in isles with large drinks in them. Employees standing in the way of the carts and wouldn't move, when we finally got to a cart the first 2 carts had broken wheels.
