  As soon as I walked in there, I asked the person at the counter where I returned my Amazon package and she said don’t you see the signs on the floor? Then when I stood in line and when the lady in front of me walked away, the guy just put his arms up in the air like aren’t you gonna come up here? Instead of just saying next or what can I help you with or anything like that! Their customer service is horrible, absolutely horrible!

  When I tell you that not one person spoke to me and I tried to get the young mans attention and he kept walking is if I could not dare talk to him is extremely disheartening. That is a clear sign that my business was not wanted at all so I won't go back ever!

  I have been a customer of this Staples store since the store opened. Prior to tonight, all of my visits have been very pleasant. Tonight, however was very unpleasant. I had arranged to have a UPS package delivered to the store. When I approached the Copy desk, The clerk asked me a question and I explained that I had difficulty hearing and approached her desk to have her repeat her question. She told me I had to stand outside of their work area. After having the question repeated. I understook that I needed to check the cashier area to get my package. I also told the cashier that I was having difficulty hearing her questions, without increasing her volume, I was finally able to understand that she wanted to know the name of the sender. We were finally able to identify my package. I thanked her and departed. I am well educated and try to be respectful to everyone. I am definitely not accustomed to being treated like a moron.

  Hello, I would like to file a complaint regarding my experience at your store yesterday while trying to pick up a print order. I arrived at the store approximately 10 minutes before closing specifically to pick up an order that was already completed. I waited in line, and by the time staff got to me, I was told I could not pay for or receive my order because the store had closed. I understand stores have closing procedures, but I was already inside the store and waiting before closing time. I do not feel it was appropriate to deny me service after I had already been waiting in line before closing. This experience was frustrating and inconvenient, especially since I made the effort to arrive before the posted closing time. I would appreciate a review of this situation and clarification on the policy for customers already in line before closing. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.
