  Terrible customer experience for a company doing business in this current market and generation. Bought a curved LG monitor for $300. It stopped working 30 days after I got it, STAPLES will NOT even exchange it. When you buy something here, you only have 14 days to return it ! Unbelievable. Not buying anything else here anymore.

  Approximately 5:05 p.m. on Wednesday August 19th 2026 I ran into the lovely Dianne. Bless her heart because she needs an attitude adjustment. I went into this location for the 1st time ever. I was returning a package for Amazon. There was a lady in line before me so she told me that I'd have to "stand over there" and wait until she can get to me. That right there was the first sign of terrible customer service. But then someone comes after me and she proceeds to help them and she had an attitude while helping them as well. When she finally gets to me she says take the stuff out the box. Fine, I take the stuff out the box. With an attitude she proceeds to ask "is this separate or together I said it's together and it's one QR code. She act as though she was perplexed that I knew the difference between separate and together. I have never been so happy to get away from someone in my life. Miss Dianne I don't know what happened to you today but I didn't do it. Please don't treat people like you wouldn't want to be treated. And the older guy that works there, you spoke to him rudely telling him to do something with those books. He didn't deserve that. I also asked for a receipt for my return and she responded that there are no receipts to be given. I'd go to this location again because I like Staples. But if I have to deal with her, I'd turn around and walk out.

  Picking up a print order I placed on line became a disappointment when I asked if an area of the print was smudged. I feel as a customer, before I accepted the print, I had a right to ask. I wasn't being accusatory. Just asking. The person assisting me didn't try to hide her annoyance.

  I ran in to send something back to Amazon. But walked around and scoped out the store. Tons of back to school supplies. Nothing spectacular about it.
