  Oh, Staples. It's a little sad how quiet you are these days. But I get it. So much of what Staples sells is easier (and often cheaper) to order online now. Still, there's something a little melancholy about walking into a store that feels like a reminder of a bygone era. I can't speak much about the retail side of the store because, honestly, I haven't done much shopping there. But I CAN speak about their copy and print center, and it's genuinely wonderful! The ladies who work there have consistently been friendly, patient, helpful, and understanding. They take the time to make sure you're getting what you actually need, and they even help you figure out the most economical way to get it done. I really appreciate that. It's refreshing to encounter employees who seem genuinely interested in helping customers rather than simply completing a transaction. The store itself is bright, clean, and well maintained. It's also remarkably quiet, which makes for a pleasant shopping experience, even if that quietness feels a little bittersweet. I know the world has changed, and I certainly appreciate the convenience of online shopping as much as anyone. But there's something to be said for walking into a store, talking to someone who knows what they're doing, and getting exactly the help you need. Staples may feel like a store from another era, but its print center and the wonderful people working there are still very much worth visiting. And honestly? I hope places like this stick around a little longer.

  Do not go here for tsa pre check. I had an appointment at noon and the lady let a walk in go in front of me and continued to take her time and joke around as if I have all day to wait. I’ll be going somewhere else.

  Had a great experience with the customer service person who assisted me with my TSA pre flight tasks. He also was responsible for the luggage sales; which had signs on it for 25% off. He left for break and I found a matching pair of luggage pieces (Samsonite Alluance) and took them To counter with a coupon from doing TSA precheck for additional 15% off. Two people attempted to check me out unaware of the /5% off signage and seemed unaware of how the 15 % off worked. I had no confidence in what the regular price was versus the sale price based on them acting like they’d never rung up luggage before. I asked for understanding of the regular price and they couldn’t tell me, but just that the prices reflected the 25%. I decided not buy due to the lack of confidence I had in the marketing and sales knowledge at that point.

  I tried to return a package at for Amazon. There is a senior staff member a with gray hair who told me Amazon is a mess. Yes, this is a staff worker at Staples.. He reluctantly shoved my pillows in a box and I asked him if he would take the labels that they came in in the package and he said no I’ve already I’ve already taped it up. There was another lady there trying to work the copy machines, and she just shook her head when she overheard and I asked her what she was doing and she said well I’ve asked him for an hour now to come and help me fix this copy machine that not working. . I will never shop at Staples and I will never buy or return a package in Amazon to that person. He’s the only one there at the returns somebody pass the word on.
