  Date of Visit: 5/9/2026 Afternoon Woman associate was rude and passive aggressive. I called this location before driving in to confirm I could get assistance enlarging and printing. The associate who answered was a man and confirmed it was possible. Within the same hour, I visited and the woman working said they actually couldn’t help me do that. When I asked if she had any recommendations of places she was aware of that could help she said “You should ask Google.” At this point I turned and left and she shouted something at me as I walked out. I don’t understand why the associate was so flustered and abrupt with me. I also don’t understand why one person who answered the phone saying it was possible and the other person couldn’t help me do it. I could tell the person at the counter when I arrived seemed flustered, tired and like it was big inconvenience that I was asking for help with this and she just didn’t want to deal with it so she was telling me to go somewhere else. I ended up going to Walmart and won’t be back to this FedEx location.

  Miranda at FedEx deserves all the praise and recognition! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding, and her positive demeanor made the entire experience so pleasant and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly while keeping such a warm, upbeat attitude the entire time. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only knowledgeable and informative, but also truly cares about providing excellent customer service and making customers feel valued. Miranda made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable. FedEx is lucky to have someone so hardworking, attentive, and kind representing them. Thank you, Miranda, for your exceptional service, you truly deserve all the accolades!

  I visited this FedEx location recently and left genuinely concerned about the working conditions for some of the staff here. While Miranda was assisting me with my shipment, I witnessed a troubling interaction. She asked a coworker named Margo if she could step away briefly to use the restroom — a basic need — and was flatly and sternly refused. I offered to wait so Miranda could go, and she appreciated that. Later, as the store was closing, Miranda asked Margo to help with closing duties, and Margo refused again and walked away without a word. What made this more upsetting is that other customers also indicated this is not an isolated incident — this appears to be a pattern. Miranda was professional, kind, and patient throughout my entire visit despite clearly being in a difficult work environment. No employee should have to work under these conditions, and no customer should witness this. I'm leaving this review not out of frustration, but because I genuinely hope management sees this and takes action to ensure all staff — especially those who go above and beyond like Miranda — are treated with basic dignity and respect. Leadership sets the tone, and something needs to change here. I request the manager Jason to please weigh in and promote a more friendly and welcoming working space for the employees so everyone returns home happy 😊

  Highly negative environment. 4 or 5 employees bickering the entire time at full volume. The older female that helped me was so annoyed by my simple questions and was swearing under her breath, which I especially didn’t appreciate because my young son was standing right there. It was the most chaotic and unprofessional experience I’ve had at any of the major mail services. On top of that, I paid $160 to guarantee next day and tracking instantly said your delivery date has changed to the following week. Stick with the UPS store at Corbin Park, this place is a massive let down.
