  Went in for print and passport photo. Staff was helpful, resourceful, and welcoming. I'm from a different Kansas town (3 hours away),felt like I was at home.

  This is a great location. The gal behind the counter was so friendly and explained step-by-step how I could scan in my package & drop it in the box for shipments! She made my experience so easy and I was impressed at how thorough she was!

  These people are horrible at there jobs. Very rude. Very unprofessional including there GM. So I brought some items for my business it was a thermal printer and some name badges. It was $108.00 and the printer does not even work. So I live in mo and at first I went to the shop center to return it. Well they said I needed to go back to the place that I got it from which was this location. These people did not give me back my money or replace my product because they were dumb founded about how to do a return. There was no store manger there. So basically they pretty much told me that oh well that they sold me a bad item but on top of that to go you know what my self. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE SHIP AND PRINT STORES BECAUSE THEY DONT STAND BY THERE RETURN POLICY!!!

  Excellent shipping/print shop! Great color on the Printandgo Manuel Machine as well which is very reasonably priced and easy to use. I use it often. Self service use! Reasonably priced. Love it!

  Went in with a last minute overnight shipping I needed to get out. Scout was working the desk and EXTREMELY helpful with getting tbe box optimized and the label made. Thanks!
