- KPKameron PtasnikMay 18, 20261.0Never answer their phones. Have submitted a formal complaint to the OIG and maybe an inspector will deal with the issues this facility has. I always have business related packages “fail to deliver” because there is “no access to delivery location” but I have a ring camera and nothing is obstructing my mailbox, driveway, or porch. They never come by, they are just too lazy or short staffed to even try to deliver it. This has impeded business operations within my job. They will “fail to deliver” as many times as needed until I have to go through a lengthy process of getting refunded, and again, this was business related so it’s a pain to take off an expense report. Highly highly recommend everyone submit a complaint to the OIG regarding this.
