Very long lines everytime I have to go inside for assistance, but probably not much can be done since the USPS loses an incredible amount of money in operating costs. Employees are pleasant even when it's obvious they could use some help when lines grow long & one of them has to work by appointment for visas.

When you have a delivery you never get the key, it's in a different box, or she didn't put it in at all! No wonder they are going out of business! Main people get the money not the workers. Broken down non air trucks,! I wouldn't want the job either. Amazon delivery should take over, at least they get it right!

Despite the, "1-3 day (not guaranteed)" (no duh..) my packages are almost always a full week or 2 week shipping if I'm so lucky that my package isn't lost or stuck at the KCK distribution center for a weeks. And that's for products being delivered from neighboring states a days drive away.. 6-10 business day 'processing' for 1 day of actual driving it to the destination. Insane. Even better, items get shipped to the USPS 10 minutes from my house on the stated delivery day, then get driven an hour away to the KCK distribution center where they sit for upwards of a week before eventually getting delivered. I routinely have packages with tracking that are never scanned. I could go one. Why anyone still uses USPS in an attempt to save a few bucks.. IDK. It's definitely costing you in frustration. From now on I'm demanding stores ship through UPS or FEDEX, just not USPS for the love of god.
