- DRD Riley1 day ago1.0Missing registered letter, certified said they attempted delivery and left a notice. All lies. I have security cameras a locked mailbox I was home all day. I went physically to the post office to pick it up end of today some unnamed person texts me it was sent back. If it was sent back the tracking would say it was sent back. They lost it and they're just making up more lies to cover the lies

- KHKeli HessJul 31, 20262.0I have been here before to mail packages and have had good experiences, the staff was nice, apologetic for the long lines, etc. The line can sometimes be long but I really don't mind. I understand they're just doing their job and can be understaffed. I came yesterday at 1:20 PM during walk-in hours (1 - 2 PM) to apply for a new passport. It wasn't busy, didn't see anyone in line. I was told that if I was applying for a new passport, I had to make an appointment because "they" (I'm guessing the State Dept) had to do something on their end at the same time so you have to have an appointment. I had never heard that before. She said to use the kiosk or go online to make an appointment, made it sound difficult to get a quick appointment, that it was like getting a new driver's license, would probably have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. I walked into the Edgerton, KS post office, got it done in less than 10 minutes and they were super-friendly.
