I called them last Wednesday August 19th and the lady on the phone said "oh, its probably sitting in back, ill send an email to hurry it up". I live in Des Moines, IA. This is absolute crap. BTW, I just spent an hour on the phone trying to actually speak to a person. Ended up hanging up. I about to drive my ass down there from Des Moines. Probably get it quicker. I'd like to speak to the Post Master.
