- JHJamie Jaques - HowardJun 19, 20261.0Probably the most incompetent USPS hub. I recently moved and now when I order something it comes through Olathe and it STAYS THERE. So I cancel the order, get refunded, order again and it SITS in Olathe. So either they have a huge pile of "lost mail" or the employees are that bad at their job. Or stealing packages.

Employee over the phone was so rude and unhelpful and when I asked if I could come pick up my package because it’s being bounced around the states and finally back to Olathe he said no it’s still processing even tho it’s been days and was so rude during I’m not getting it today.

Every time I have a package coming I choose the overnight shipping option because it's worth the $20+ to not watch it hit Olathe and then spend the next 5 days in transit to the next facility!!! They either hire the most incompetent people on the planet, or they take joy in knowing people are losing their minds waiting for their packages to arrive. They should just shut down this facility and build a new hub for mail to be routed through the region because this is pathetic!!!
