  had a package delivered by ups to the ogden post office address (was unable to ship it to my home address) with my p.o. box added, was received by one of the attendants (their name was put as the RECEIVED BY on ups tracking), stayed at the post office for 4 days without ever being put into my p.o. box, and was then refused & returned to ups. talked to the usps attendant who said i didn’t put my p.o. box and therefore it wasn’t delivered (1st image where i clearly did), talked with ups and they couldn’t reroute my package to another address, and talked with the original shipper who was unable to change my address as well. it was a custom order which is ineligible for refund since it was technically “delivered” so now i’m out $400.

  I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this post office☺️. It’s a very small location with only a couple of employees, and I know that working in a busy post office can be stressful😬. Despite that, I’ve always been treated with kindness and have found the staff to be helpful and professional. I had an issue today that needed to be resolved, and it was handled quickly, professionally, and with understanding. Honestly, it took less time for her to resolve the issue than it took for me to explain it! 😂 Having been military and having dealt with many different post offices over the years😰, I truly appreciate the kindness and helpfulness I’ve consistently received at this location. I’m grateful for the service they provide and wanted to take a moment to recognize the good experience I’ve had here. Thank you💜!

  Don’t try ordering car parts through here single handedly the only reason I haven’t been able to fix any of my cars I’ve had they always send the packages back unless they are big enough to be at my door

  The lady at this office is rude as hell and mean. These people have sent all of my packages back to carriers and I’ve lost so much money due to the fact that they say they have been successfully delivered and I have no way to prove other wise ,even though they know my address and which P.O. Box it belongs to. In the past they would hold my packages and leave a note to pick it up from them. There is no reason why people with that kind of attitude should work in place that deals with customer service .Also in the first picture it says it was delivered and available in PO Box . I asked for proof she sent them back because when something is rejected or not successfully delivered and completed it’ll say so on tracking. However there was nothing indicating that. I still had a few packages left coming in and what a coincidence those do say the proper steps that it was not dropped off and was undeliverable after I had that conversation. Now I believe she’s keeping my packages still could not provide any proof they were sent back or anything for the first 12 items ! Very sketchy and unprofessional.
