  Sometimes the store is very busy and I know, people have to wait and some people like to complain about wait times but it's the nature of the business. All of the staff are absolutely friendly. When it is your turn, they take very good care of you. Very quickly and get you on your way always with a smile on their face and a good attitude. I know a lot of people who come to this store are returning things for Amazon...... i know very many of them get impatient. I can hear it and see how they stand body language tells a lot about them. I 41, don't mind waiting. I've had some nice conversations with people. In line. I will absolutely recommend this store five out of five

  I should probably post two reviews of the two radically different experiences I had at the store The first was approximately a month ago on an early weekday morning. It was before 8:00 a.m. and the store had not quite yet opened A gentleman who appeared to be in his late 50s or early 60s allowed me to come in and ship my package. He was extremely helpful and friendly He conducted himself like someone who understands the value of customer service in running a business If I had to guess I would say he was/is the owner ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Star Rating In stark contrast to that first visit, I had an experience just before noon on Saturday August 1st in which two young men were behind the counter, both in their early or mid twenties One was sitting idly atop the counter, the other one standing behind it. Neither one greeted me in any way when I walked thru the door holding a small box of two items from Amazon to return While one of them remained seated on the counter staring off into space most of the time I was there, the other one very quickly let me know that my patronage was quite the hassle Note aa context that i had never processed an Amazon return in the store with only a QR code. And, as mentioned I've only visited the store one other time So the return process, which apparently involves placing items in clear plastic bags, was completely unfamiliar to me There was no explanation at all. Just snarky demands. And no indication of even who the employee might be talking to when he barked out "can you get two bags for me" I had a return box in my hand so I had no idea we needed additional bags. Or where I might find them? I actually thought he might be talking to his colleague The deadpan expression on his face, lack of any normal attempts at conversation, absence of any greeting or gratitude whatsoever were enough to tell me that this is somewhere I won't come for future help with anything... If I walked through the door and saw either of these people behind the counter I would turn right around and find another place to do business Their attitudes reflect poorly on the UPS Store and the mindset of individuals who dont value their employment

  Firs of all, its quite alarming that there are as many 1 star reviews as there are 5 stars. From business management aspect id be a little concerned as most people seem to be complaining about the same issues. This is a very hot spot for all returns or shipping, however they only have 1 person working at a time. There are other assistants in the store but they are only able to assist with returns and shipping, if there is anything else need the main guy has to switch over and stop what he's doing to go help the other assistants with whatever they need help with. Its not a competency thing, but more so a lack of training and task delegation. Regardless, anytime you show up expect to wait 15-30min while you witness some of the most inefficient and ineffective customer support.

  The older man in there is always SO rude! Most of the employees are rude all the time, but the older man is super rude.
