Absolutely do not recommend stopping here, even if it seems convenient. Do yourself a favor and spin by FedEx office across the street or drive five minutes to a 100% better UPS store at Corinth. Based on my experience, this location is a poor representation of the UPS brand.

- NNNasVJun 2, 20261.0I'm just calling to see if they have a fax machine. It's a simple yes or no. The guy keeps answering the phone saying to hold. Why do I need to hold for 30mins to answer a simple question. I call back and he says he has 20 ppl in front of him. He could of answered my question with a yes or no rather than saying all that. They clearly need more ppl to help or need to learn how to multi-task. It's not that hard!!!
