- ZEZinaida EstesMay 6, 20261.0Horrible experience almost every time I come here. The woman at the front desk is rude and doesn’t know how to speak to customers respectfully, that is the main reason. My packages frequently don’t get delivered correctly, and I’m constantly dealing with issues. It feels like customer feedback doesn’t matter to USPS because nothing ever improves. Staff friendliness, communication, and following delivery instructions all seriously need work.

This is now the second time I have had something help for pickup at the post office and both times when I went in to pick it up the item is "lost." Somehow it is always someone else's fault as to why it is lost. I was called directly from the post office saying it was there and miraculously they are now saying they have no clue where it is. I might as well start shipping to my house for delicate items at this point, may be they will actually make it there.
