Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication on our end in the email about how thick the paper was, but it was too flimsy to be used for the cards. We had asked for thick paper, but not card stock. They ended up being almost as thin as a flyer. When we asked to have them reprinted, we were told that they wouldn’t do it and it happened every time we have been there. The owner told me he wouldn’t serve us anymore. He had a very bad attitude. We have spent probably $1000.00+ on printing at this store and things were reprinted one other time due to the quality issues. Even after the reprint, they weren’t cut right and had the address missing, but we didn’t return them or complain. Daniel, the other managers and workers need to be ok with not being right and simply fixing a mistake or miscommunication. We will be using another printing service in the city, but it’s sad because they are losing out on money due to something they could have fixed easily. I would also add that customer service and the people business requires that you allow the customer to have freedom and be right about the produce they choose. Even when you disagree, you should treat your customers well instead of cutting them off and saying you will never print for them again. The staff has consistently been unfriendly. They seem very rushed and don’t take time to smile or greet you with any customer service skills.
