    Doesn't deserve any stars for customer service. Packages are constantly rescheduled and the Mangement is very rude. Customer service rep comes up with b.s. excuses for why I cannot pick up my package. USPS works twice as hard with the least amount of help, so there is no excuse for why packages are delivered so late.

    The Fed ex shipping center is a favorite of mine . I travel and ship across the country . They all remember my name , open the door if I need help . Great people , they do there very BEST IN MANHATTAN . KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK . #findthegood
