- CSChristy SJul 20, 20261.0Was told by Elizabeth that the post master said to take our shipments to the dock due to the quantity and someone would be there until 5:30 to take them. We have gone twice with no issues. Today it was 4:58pm, when my shipping manager got to the dock and was looking for the bell to ring(i was on the video call to help him find the bell button) a white woman with short brown hair came out and she so rudely said, "You have to come during business hours inside to ship. I cant take any packages back here." She seen her was on the call and she immediately went inside. This was a one way trip of 40 minutes for them to ship, and she refused to take the packages. If you also have this issue, do call the 800askusps and file a complaint.
