  My husband and daughter brought a package in on September 8 around 4pm. A younger worker attempted to scan her QR code but couldn’t because we didn’t realize it was for USPS. He told her that she wouldn’t be able to get a receipt since he couldn’t scan it and took the package. Two days later when I noticed that the package still hadn’t shown that it had shipped I had my husband go back to the store and the manager said that they never would have taken the package since it was USPS. My husband said but your worker did and placed on the shelf. She then explained that it must of had some kind of label on it because it was gone now. I went back into the store when the package still hadn’t shown not show. Up the following Thursday and a different manager, a young lady, told me the same thing about not taking the package except when I said something about pulling up the cameras to see where the package went she said that I didn’t know what store I had taken the package to and that I probably had them mistaken with the other Lenexa location. Then she claimed that the three people in the store at that time were the only three that were employed at that location. So at this point I am out $160 for a package.

  Did a great job with fingerprinting. As many other reviews say, they are definitely fast. The technician did a great job transparently giving me all of the info I needed. Will definitely go back to this location.

  This store is by far the best, friendliest, accommodating, helpful UPS store. I have been to in Overland Park Kansas area. Ashley was so helpful with a very difficult order. She would not quit until we had it right. I really did enjoy her as she was very congenial through a difficult order. I think she needs a raise..
