  Did a great job with fingerprinting. As many other reviews say, they are definitely fast. The technician did a great job transparently giving me all of the info I needed. Will definitely go back to this location.

  This store is by far the best, friendliest, accommodating, helpful UPS store. I have been to in Overland Park Kansas area. Ashley was so helpful with a very difficult order. She would not quit until we had it right. I really did enjoy her as she was very congenial through a difficult order. I think she needs a raise..

  Horrible customer service today. I shipped a camera body to canon today and had a discount code with my CPS services. The agents couldn’t tell me if my discount applied and didn’t seem to care to find out. I was frustrated because that is a large discount that I would like to know was applied. At one point the agent said well you don’t have to ship it like that was the solution. He had attitude towards me and said “like I said” more than once and was not accommodating to say the least. I will for sure go out of my way to never go to this store again. Yikes.

  First time they sent me to voicemail. Second time does not pick up phone but you can hear them whisper & the receiver clicking a few times when the call goes through, so they send you to a voicemail prompt. Very unprofessional.
