  I brought in Avery labels to be printed on. They told me I'm required to purchase the labels from them but if they didn't have them, they would print on the ones I brought in. They didn't have the ones I was using so they agreed to print on mine. After the fact they charged me for the actual labels and printing on them. $28 to print minimal black and white on my own labels. Had they told me I was paying full price for labels I would have gone somewhere else. They offered me $3 off to compensate. Overall I spent over $50 to print 8 pages of 2" black and white round labels. I will never go back to this location. Shawnee UPS said they would do it when we called them. I even asked if I could have a pack of different labels in stock to compensate...NO. I see why no one is ever in that location. Other locations are always busy when I go in.

  I wanted to have greeting cards with photos printed for a special occasion. I had the card created myself but wanted the photos to display sharp and vivid as opposed to printing the cards myself! I called and spoke with Devin by phone and discussed what I needed. Devin was excellent to work with. He made a couple of adjustments for me with my card set up, then had the cards printed very quickly. The cards turned out great! I would highly recommed this UPS store and give high recommendations to Devin for his high quality if work.

  Lennada (sp) was so helpful on the morning of May 5th. I had so many Amazon returns and she was so patient and so sweet. I love this Store and come here year-round. All of the staff is so nice.

  Leandra gave us absolutely first class service, printing off some signs for our wedding quickly and in high quality. The very essence of excellence with a personal touch.

  They will not give you the lowest price as an option to ship, unless you tell them that you looked online and found a lesser option. She started at $90 and went down to $40. I told her when I did the estimate online, there was an option for $19.34. She said, oh, I can do it for $22.17. Nobody should have to bargain with the UPS Store. I can’t even imagine how many people they have scammed out of money because of this tactic they use.
