  Very disappointing delivery experience with RXO Last Mile. My IKEA furniture was scheduled to be delivered on Friday, but the delivery never happened. I contacted RXO multiple times, and the employees kept giving me different information. I was told that someone would call me back, but nobody ever did. The worst part is the lack of communication and accountability. If there is a problem with the delivery, customers deserve honest information and a simple phone call—not excuses and promises that are never followed through. I would not recommend RXO Last Mile based on this experience. IKEA should seriously reconsider using a delivery company that treats customers this way.

  My order delivery was cancelled and postponed for nearly 2 weeks. Each day I would get I message that my delivery was cancelled and needed to be rescheduled. I would call…wait on hold… reschedule for the next day (they had already verified my cabinets were at their location). The next day we would repeat the same thing. Once I actually got a message the delivery would be made between 3-7pm that day, at 7 I got message it was delayed and would be delivered between 10:04 and 11:34 PM. At 11:30 PM I got the message they wouldn’t be able to deliver and I needed to call a rescheduled AGAIN. Finally after 8 rescheduled appointments, they showed up. I highly suggest CabinetWorks and Lowe’s finds a new delivery company.

  TERRIBLE. This company has the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. They've been sitting on my package for over a week and will not provide any information as to where it is or the status of when it will be delivered. Their customer support agents just read the same script and cannot/will not think for themselves and actually answer questions or concerns that you have. At this point I suspect it has been stolen internally, they still cannot locate where my package is. I ordered a $2,000 piece of tech from Amazon, RXO is the shipper, if I ever discover a service using shipping through RXO I'll immediately cancel the order. I still cannot get an answer from RXO as to where my package is or when it will be delivered. Save your customers the headache and do not use this company.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with RXO delivering and installing my new LG washer and dryer. My delivery was delayed twice, and when the crew finally arrived, they were unable to complete the installation because they didn’t have the necessary part. Before leaving, they assured us they would return the next day, but we never received any follow-up. Instead, we were told the earliest appointment was the following week. Since waiting another week without a washer wasn’t reasonable, my husband and I had to complete the installation ourselves. During the installation attempt, the installers also damaged our home by denting the walls while moving the appliances. In addition, they attempted to remove the plastic knockout for the washer drain by breaking it apart, and pieces of plastic likely fell into our home’s drain pipe, leaving us concerned about potential plumbing issues in the future. Overall, this experience involved repeated delivery delays, poor communication, an incomplete installation, property damage, and concerns about the quality of the work performed. I expected a professional installation service but instead had to finish the job myself while dealing with damage to my home. I would not recommend RXO based on this experience.

  The day of delivery was great. The communication that day was good, they provided a range of time, then sent a note that the range was smaller, then I received a phone call about 20 minutes before arriving. All of that was fantastic. The only downside was that they didn't give me the time range until the night before the delivery. That isn't enough time to arrange getting away from work. Delivery guys were great, very happy, easy to interact with, did a great job without any issues.
