- RFRodney Flerlage3 days ago1.0What can you even do when you package has been on a truck for 3 days with no attempt to deliver? Nobody to even chat with for customer service, just a robot online of course. Im sure people cancel their online orders very often just because of this. Very disappointing when you get notice 3 days in a row that package will be delivered by the end of the day.

The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and there was a FedEx employee getting into his car next to mine that helped me get my large/heavy package out of the back of my truck. One experience but it was a good one and I'd go back again if needed.
