  Went to this location after being specifically told I need to go here to ship a battery by another location. I was met by a woman named Laraine who did not want to do anything besides stand there. Apparently they can’t print labels or assist with the information they are requesting. Please stop hiring people with terrible attitudes in customer service roles, not only did she throw her team from another location under the bus and put all the blame on them, she was unwilling to assist me in anyway and just said I don’t know.please do yourself a favor and you’ll see I’m not the first person to write a post about her either😊

  I’ve never had a more rude encounter than when I went here. The lady helping me huffed and puffed and didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in. She also got mad at me when I said I didn’t have proof of address that I lived at the location my package was being delivered to, granted it was my husbands business the package was going to. Don’t understand why these people have to be so angry and rude when you walk in very cheerful

  What can you even do when you package has been on a truck for 3 days with no attempt to deliver? Nobody to even chat with for customer service, just a robot online of course. Im sure people cancel their online orders very often just because of this. Very disappointing when you get notice 3 days in a row that package will be delivered by the end of the day.

  060426: Lorraine and Corey were wonderful!! I had not shipped FedEx in many years. They were very kind and helpful explaining options to help me ship a book to New York by Monday, and get a signature receipt. I greatly appreciate their patience and expertise ❤
