I found the number to this local post office and the woman i spoke with was super friendly. I wish I had gotten her name. When she was helping me I never felt like I inconvenienced her. She seemed genuinely happy to help me. And she did! She located the package (it was still there) and figure out why it wasnt delivered. They needed the apt number. I gave it to her and they'll have it delivered tomorrow! Thank you. You brought a little light into my day.

The mail carrier put my packages on the ground in the rain when inches away there was a table and bench that was dry and that are specifically there to hold packages. Whenever I've complained to management about the carelessness, like not being able to get my mail because the mail carrier forgot to put the locker key in my mailbox, or the locker key was bent and won't unlock the locker, or the locker key broke off in the lock, it takes days or weeks for them to do anything about it. They're completely useless.
