- CFc fenner1 day ago1.0The managers there like to lie when a package has been delivered to a different house. They have geo data on where it was delivered, but will tell you to mark the claim as "package stolen". NEVER CLAIM THAT A PACKAGE IS STOLEN IF IT WAS MISDELIVERED. YOU WILL NOT GET AN INSURANCE CLAIM AND BE LOST ALL YOUR MONEY. Instead, don't even talk to them. Just fill out a c360 form as it is the only way upper management will know how incompetent the office is. If you live in SW Lawrence, you really need to fill out a c360 as the mailman who deliver those routes are terrible. Chronic misdelivered mail and packages.

The location is convenient for me personally and they typically have a cheery and fun holiday/seasonal atmosphere. Really appreciate all the staff but several times Melissa has gone just totally above and beyond having the best attitude and exhibits patience and empathy without compromising efficiency and professionalism. Thanks!
