The mail carrier put my packages on the ground in the rain when inches away there was a table and bench that was dry and that are specifically there to hold packages. Whenever I've complained to management about the carelessness, like not being able to get my mail because the mail carrier forgot to put the locker key in my mailbox, or the locker key was bent and won't unlock the locker, or the locker key broke off in the lock, it takes days or weeks for them to do anything about it. They're completely useless.
