  Their automated call system is incredibly pretentious. I just needed to talk to an actual person because I had had multiple instances of a missed shipment because I had not been informed that I had to be at the door to receive this particular shipment, I was not available to do so because of being out of town at the time and had multiple door tags which I did not immediately have on hand when I was trying to reach out to the shipping station directly. I knew that they could easily look me up, but the automated system refuses to let you talk to a human unless you provide a door tag which some of them were thrown out and I couldn't even do. I won't even give them the benefit of the doubt of saying they're trying to idiot proof things. This is undermining my ability to get service for a product I already paid for and should have been able to receive or coordinate a different delivery time for. Anytime I place orders with the product in question in the future I'm going to deliberately make sure that they do not use FedEx to deliver it. Absolutely unacceptable These are basic services that should be available to anybody over the phone when you don't have the door tag immediately handy. Especially for a product you already paid for That is now 2 weeks late because of their poor communication. I didn't get so much of a phone call when I was out of town. Highly recommend you do your shipping business elsewhere

  I'm confused reading some of these negative reviews because I've never had anything but a wonderful and pleasant interaction with all of the employees, they are some of the kindest people that have interacted with and have gladly helped me every time. I think people don't understand that they are only the storefront part of the operation and they're excelling at that.

  I was never opinionated about FedEx until I moved to the South Lawrence area in May. When I moved here, I ordered 3 things worth $400+ from Home Depot who used FedEx to deliver. They said it was delivered, it was not. It took 5 phone calls, a trip to this location, refund claim to Home Depot/contact their team, and over a week of the FedEx claims department “investigating” until I called again and FINALLY one of their employees tells me the GPS location of where it was dropped off (if you have this info, why not reach out to me to tell me? Why did I have to call several times?) … However, you guessed it, they were left no where near my address or similar. When I arrived, there were other packages all around that I assume were just dumped with mine at the same place to save time going building to building. The claims associate said “Sometimes this happens, and they don’t take a picture (mandatory), there’s nothing we can do.” Excellent. Just glad they weren’t stolen & that I’m able-bodied enough to get them back to my place. Now this week, I had a package that was scheduled for delivery between 8-8 on Thursday so I took the day off. It didn’t come until the next day when I wasn’t here. Now the app says it’s been “out for delivery” since 8:07am yesterday (saturday)(26hours ago) & they have not re-assigned a delivery date. I’m just frustrated. What’s the point in tracking your package to plan for it’s arrival… if you can’t track it. Never had these issues with Amazon or UPS.

  With three recent visits to the store to ship items and two phone calls I have received absolutely stellar help. At least three staff members I interacted with have been knowledgeable, friendly, and patient going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with complex international and simple domestic shipments. Highly recommend.

  Unprofessional, rude, not capable to check their own work staff. If you complain, they will refuse to provide services :)) They made three major mistakes in one shipping address. They either do not care/do not want to check their work, or not able to check their work, or both. Be aware and be super careful with these individuals if you want your package to be ever delivered where it needs to go.
