The problem seems to be with packages staying stuck in KC, MO or KC, KS mail hubs for as much as 4 to 5 business days until they decide it's time to visit La Cygne, KS, lol.
- 444kpRECORDSAug 1, 20201.0I’ve had a number of time-sensitive packages show up late to my residence out of this location. Tracking will show it as being at La Cygne post office on the day it’s supposed to be delivered. Instead of packages being delivered, they’re either held onto or not scanned correctly, because next days tracking update shows arriving late and N/A on location. I don’t know what they’re doing, but they NEED to get their ACT TOGETHER!!
