- TSTeresa Smith2 days ago5.0I’ve had the absolute pleasure of interacting with Nel at the 78th Street location in Kansas City, Kansas over the years. Most recently, she has been a lifesaver with a large project requiring a high volume of mailings. Throughout it all, Nel’s incredible speed and efficiency have made a major difference, turning what could have been a very overwhelming process into a completely stress-free experience. She is remarkably patient, possesses a wonderful personality, and always greets you with a great smile. I truly love her energy and her "willing to help" spirit. This isn't just a one-time occurrence, either; she displays these wonderful characteristics consistently, year after year, whether I am working on a major project or just dropping off everyday mail. I observe the exact same level of excellent, dedicated care when she is assisting other customers in line, too. Thank you, Nel, for your outstanding customer service and for always making my day easier. Keep up the great work!
- JBJared BroganMay 5, 20261.0Packages are either lost for days until delivered, delivered to an incorrect address, or marked as "Available for Pickup" but not in reality. For the latter, I have on multiple occasions visited this post office to just be told that my package is in the delivery driver's vehicle and will be delivered that day... Surprise! It wasn't actually delivered. The next day, no delivery and I noticed the tracking now states that it's been "Accepted" by the post office (???). I've tried calling the post office multiple times and each time no one picks up and I got an automated voice saying "Answering system offline" and then it hangs up. This is HORRIBLE service! I know the current US administration has gutted funding for USPS, but this just seems beyond that at this point.
