My PRIORITY package sat here for almost 5 days either no movement. I don’t know what this P.O. Has going on but it needs to be fixed and fast. I have never dealt with anything like that in all of my dealings shipping with USPS. Nobody could answer where my package was and why it wasn’t moving either. If it wasn’t for Jennifer at Gardendale AL post office trying to get answers and assist me, who knows where my package would be right now. I think that’s the only reason why it it even moved after 5 days, is because of her. That’s how a post office should work. Kansas City needs to Take notes from her office! PRIORITY Package eventually arrived, after 12 days!! pkg wasn’t small so it didn’t get lost or misplaced, and label was perfectly secured and flat to the box. No reason for sitting with no scans or answers for 5 days.

Terrible place, they retain your mail and blame other state, literally 0 responsibility and 0 accountability. No wonder they're closing branches, they literally don't care about you or your mail. They suck. They treat you horrible, no respect, no information or solutions provided

This facility has lost 5 of my packages already this year, and it's only April. Five investigations. Every month they lose another package. It's 10:49 am on a Wednesday and the website says they're closed? DO YOUR JOB!
