  Made an appointment for a notary, then showed up at my reservation time and there was no notary available. Called back the next week to see if a notary was available that day at any point, was told I'd have better luck going to the hutch water department instead of answering my question. You shouldn't be advertising notary services or allowing reservations for them if you do not actually provide that service reliably.

  I scheduled a notary appointment at The UPS Store in Hutchinson for 3:30 PM after calling the day before to confirm they offered notary services. The woman I spoke with explained that only she and another employee were authorized notaries, and that an appointment was required, so I scheduled one. The next day, around 1:00 PM, I called again to verify my appointment and was not told there were any issues. I then drove 26 miles one way to the store and arrived around 3:15 PM. Upon arrival, I was informed by an employee that the notary had already left for the day. When I asked why, I was told that she "didn't want to be there" and had left. I explained that I had called earlier that day to confirm my appointment, but the employee simply shrugged his shoulders. No apology, no attempt to contact the notary, and no effort to help find a solution. I needed the notarization for my CCW renewal and wasted over 50 miles of driving because the appointment was not honored and no one bothered to notify me. I was told that the best thing I could do was leave a review, so that's exactly what I'm doing. Very disappointed with the lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for a customer's time.

  While in their possession, my package was opened and the contents removed and then resealed. When delivered to the destination it had nothing in it, just an empty package. Someone there stole the contents.

  I went in to get an email.printed which for some reason wasn't going through. I had also asked if they had a notary. The young lady, don't know her name, but she was a.notary. a young black girl. She asked if I had an appt because she was fixing to leave. She was somewhat rude. In a hurry disgusted about my email not going through. I decided to just have bank do the notary. The other lady was nice and I finally was taken care of, but still have to go to bank for notary
