  They nee how to get what was needed for my Amazon return and a lady brought competitors package in and they told her where to find their location to ship her package great to see thank you ups hutch staff

  Accidentally brought in a FedEx label and Denver was so kind to still print the label and got it all packaged up for us and told us where to go! Very kind young man!

  Had a package rerouted to be delivered to this store. Was delivered on time but when I went in to pick it up the staff was incredibly rude. The young black girl sat in her chair and didn’t bother to get up and help the other lady working look for my package. They also did not ask for any type of ID to prove that I was the correct recipient. They just handed my package over without scanning it so now my UPS app shows I still have a package that needs picked up. I made sure the package was mine prior to leaving. I said “Thank you have a nice day” I didn’t get one reply from a single employee that was working. Was the only customer in the store at this time. They are extremely unfriendly and rude.

  Made an appointment for a notary, then showed up at my reservation time and there was no notary available. Called back the next week to see if a notary was available that day at any point, was told I'd have better luck going to the hutch water department instead of answering my question. You shouldn't be advertising notary services or allowing reservations for them if you do not actually provide that service reliably.
