This is the second time now that it is not here on the day they said it would be. What am I paying for? If that promise is not honored why am I even paying the money to have it here on the time I asked for? I don't pay this extra money so it can get here in the regular allotted amount of time. Totally unacceptable and I'm seriously sick of it.

I called the local Hays post office and they cleared my issues within minutes. I have always had a great experience in the office or on the phone at the Hays post office.
