- JCJamie Cauthon4 days ago1.0I am not to happy about my local pist office here in Edwardsville, KS as this place needs repairs and updates. Their is an employee that works here that is also rude and cuts customers short while talking. I live in a near by mobile home park and we have to rent a PO Box and pick up mail from here everyday. The boxes are so old and hard to use with the combination locks and to rent a key box it is 10 dollars a month which I wont upgrade to pay because I use my own gas everyday just to come check my mail. We have 700 mobile home lots in my mobile home park and not enough mail boxes for everyone in the park as I was told and that they are working with management to try and figure out a deal to maybe have boxes built on the mobile home park property which would be very convenient for us! This place definitely needs an upgrade and hopefully they can figure out the mail box situation soon. Also another very frustrating thing is that I cant use my physical address for any kind of mailing unless it is large items and when I do use my PO Box for the smaller items and regular mail most of the time when applying for stuff online my address is not in the Google system and when I asked about this the employee stated tgat there is nothing they can do about this to try and put my PO Box # down on the 2nd address part and hopefully ill receive whatever it is coming to me.😪

I had family and friends that worked there for years. I feel they should put mailboxes at the end of each block give everyone a key for there mail like apartment complex do ! Maybe we all at the Edwardsville trailer start a petition for mailboxes
