  Does anyone know if there is a postmaster for this location? Who do we call with issues? I was looking for a refund check that got sent over a week ago from Bonner. It is literally 3 miles down the road. I understand that it has to go through the distribution center. It still isn't in my box. I asked the lady if any mail came in that didnt have a PO Box number on there. The lady said yes and said she's not going through the mail to check it. I could understand if she was busy working but, when I walked in she was sitting at the desk on her phone. They are literally there 4 hours a day. I came in at 1215 and she was sitting talking on the phone. Maybe she could have ended her personal call and tried to look for a few minutes. They are salary. They get paid regardless of how much they process. Post office is always a mess and they always have a hard time finding my packages. I cant tell you how many packages they have lost. You get a yellow slip in your box. You take it to the counter and they are clueless. "You got a tracking number?" What???? Why do I need a tracking number for a package that's in your post office? "Well, if I find it then I'll put another slip in your box!" IF YOU FIND IT!! Please, we all need to call a postmaster or someone in charge of this post office because they are obviously not reading their reviews.

  If I could give a 0 stars I would terrible post office I went in for a package today and was told by Jackie that she was not going through the packages today and to try to come in some other time remind you they are only open from 9:15 am to 1:15 which I work 8 to 5 so there is no other time. THE WORST POST OFFICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

  I just moved to Edwardsville mobile home park. I’ve been trying for two weeks to get a PO Box so my kids can go to school and get important mail for our insurance and the lady locked the door on me twice. I work 6 days a week there hours are awful when you move over here, they should be the ones responsible for getting you a PO Box because it’s such a problem

  I am not to happy about my local pist office here in Edwardsville, KS as this place needs repairs and updates. Their is an employee that works here that is also rude and cuts customers short while talking. I live in a near by mobile home park and we have to rent a PO Box and pick up mail from here everyday. The boxes are so old and hard to use with the combination locks and to rent a key box it is 10 dollars a month which I wont upgrade to pay because I use my own gas everyday just to come check my mail. We have 700 mobile home lots in my mobile home park and not enough mail boxes for everyone in the park as I was told and that they are working with management to try and figure out a deal to maybe have boxes built on the mobile home park property which would be very convenient for us! This place definitely needs an upgrade and hopefully they can figure out the mail box situation soon. Also another very frustrating thing is that I cant use my physical address for any kind of mailing unless it is large items and when I do use my PO Box for the smaller items and regular mail most of the time when applying for stuff online my address is not in the Google system and when I asked about this the employee stated tgat there is nothing they can do about this to try and put my PO Box # down on the 2nd address part and hopefully ill receive whatever it is coming to me.😪

  They are very rude and lazy people and this post office. I honestly know the united state postal service would not approve of this. I had family and friends that worked there for years. I feel they should put mailboxes at the end of each block give everyone a key for there mail like apartment complex do ! Maybe we all at the Edwardsville trailer start a petition for mailboxes
