This happened just now, the office was empty, only myself there and the man waiting on me. “I will allow you to use the tape but we don’t get much money on this so you do it yourself”. Those were his words. DeSoto Post Office never treats that way. I would never go to Bonner if the man working there today is working. Sorry did not get his name, should have.

- MAMarissa AdamFeb 24, 20261.0If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. The lack of care and professionalism displayed by the primary employee at this location is extremely concerning. During our visit, he spoke to my husband in a disrespectful manner and called him out of his name in front of our 5- and 7-year-old children. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I formally reported the incident; however, no action appears to have been taken. Unfortunately, this has been the most disrespectful experience I have ever encountered at a post office. Whenever possible, I now choose to visit other locations to avoid further issues. I believe this matter warrants serious review and attention by the Postmaster General. Professionalism and respectful treatment of customers should be a standard upheld at all times.
