So poor that a representative at the USPS customer service line recommended that I go to a location not in my own ZIP code. He referenced that the associate may not have known that she could have just started me a new COA, rather than telling me that it was nothing she could do and sending me away after I spent 1.25 dollars online. Then to go and verify my identity (which I did). I wish she had done her job efficiently, and maybe I would be able to receive my mail. I don't feel I was treated fairly.

The package that was sent to me yesterday wasn’t delivered. It said that there was no such address. I don’t know if the carrier did that and kept my package or if it was put in the wrong case and he didn’t know how to deal with it so he’s sending it back to the sender. I’m not happy about it. I’ve tried calling the post office about 20 times and no one answered the phone. I’ve tried calling the national number but it doesn’t help getting to talk a person. All it tells me is the package isn’t delivered and it’s being shipped back to sender.
