Our driver has a horrible habit of shoving and stuffing our mail in our mailbox and has damaged SEVERAL items. We've complained in the post office and they said they'd "have a talk" with our driver. But our driver is still shoving packages in the mailbox and bending items that are too big to fit to make them. We'll be filling out a formal complaint as well.

Typically the employees are kind and helpful. However they need to change their posted hours to closing at 4:28pm or 4:29pm. I try really hard to get my errands done earlier in the day, but sometimes it is hard to get everything done. Every minute counts. Today, I pulled up at 4:28pm according to cellphone time. By the time I RAN in, it was 4:29pm. Curtains closed, I could hear employees talking. I pounded on the glass, no answer. I called their number, and all I could get was a busy signal. I found a piece of paper in my car and wrote a note to put in the drop box by 4:33pm. I hung around to see if anyone would find it. Sure enough, I could hear them talking saying they didn’t close until 4:31pm and of course I firmly held my ground saying, “no ma’am, that’s not what happened.” She opened the door, argued with me, then asked if I had my packages. I quickly ran and got my 2 packages, and then was met with another employee telling me the United States Postal Service is unable to provide any services after 4:30pm. I explained what had happened, she said that didn’t happen because she didn’t hear me. At this point we both checked our watches and we had the exact same time 4:36pm. I am not a liar. I get it. We all want to go home after a day’s work. But if you are going to close before 4:30pm, then post those hours. Also pretty sad that they would rather fight with a customer over something like this than take the money I am very willing to pay them.

Could not find my package even though USPS web sight claimed it was at the Ark city Post Office. I feel that the lady that "helped" me was not really looking. I told her I had my tracking numbers but all she was concerned about was the size of the package. This post office is lousy.
