- VCVida CastroDec 4, 20231.0This place really not helpful First time when to change my address The lady Dana said that she changed A week later went again,cause I got a later with my name as a last name and last name as a Name, second week this people keep returning my EBT Card, went again 3rd time another lady who said she was the manager changed again, then a week later EBT call me and said that they got the card returned again, they sent it back same 2 times more at the end another lady who claimed was the manager told me that can't change my address till I change my missouri license to Kansas I need someone who can help higher than this people any suggestions.

Spoke with someone that said he was manager. He said they do not guarntee (priority) after charging me $6. This guy is not manager material and did not solve the problem. I believe they tell the employees to sell that priority status and then say it's no guarntee...collect funds to push their sales.
