I just called the Whiting post office to make sure someone is coming. I received an automated message saying they are closed! They aren't supposed to close until 5pm. And this isn't the first time I've scheduled a package to be picked up and nobody came! It can't be that hard to check each day to see if there are any pickups! I'm sick of the incompetence!

She was very unprofessional. On her phone when I was waiting in line and I asked her if she was open and she said yes like I should know. Then she was too busy to look up the zip code? There was no one else in line. But on the other hand we love our mail carrier from the same Whiting Indiana branch
